Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Our checkout process is designed to be safe and straightforward.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship joy and inspiration across the globe. However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote regions and specific areas in Asia. Delivery estimates may vary slightly for these locations.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Every order begins in our Vermont studio. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and careful preparation. Once your art is on its way, shipping times depend on your chosen method:
- Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping (15-25 Business Days): Shipped via EMS. Free on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 can select this option for a calculated fee at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your artwork’s journey right to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is the most important step in our creative partnership. We offer a 15-day happiness guarantee from the date of receipt. If your artwork isn’t perfect or doesn’t tell the right story in your space, you may initiate a return. Please contact our team to start the process.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
For returns due to our error or a damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Full details will be provided when you initiate a return.
