This commitment extends to every aspect of your experience, including our returns and exchanges process. We understand that sometimes a piece may not resonate as expected in its intended space. Our policy is designed with the same clarity, care, and trust that we apply to curating our collections—Abstract, Animals, Black and White, Botanical, Coastal, Figurative, and Photography.

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If your artwork doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Our Return & Exchange Process

To ensure a smooth and secure process, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our dedicated customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Please use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping the artwork back to our Vermont studio.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the artwork in its original packaging, including all certificates of authenticity and protective materials. Securely attach the provided RMA label to the outside of the box. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged artwork).
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our studio, our team will inspect the artwork to ensure it is in its original, undamaged, and resalable condition. Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).

For exchanges, we will ship the new artwork to you as soon as possible. Standard or free shipping (as per your original order value) will apply. If the new artwork is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference.

Important Conditions & Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity of our art and the trust of our creative community, please note the following conditions:

  • The artwork must be returned in its original, perfect, and resalable condition—unframed, unstretched, and with all original packaging and documentation.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error.
  • Due to the personalized nature of the service, custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please note our global shipping exclusions (Asia and certain remote regions). Returns can only be accepted from regions we originally ship to.
