Shipping Information

We are proud to ship our artwork globally (excluding Asia and certain remote regions due to logistical constraints). Every piece is prepared with meticulous attention in our Vermont studio.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We offer two reliable shipping options to balance speed and cost:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number to follow your artwork’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that sometimes a piece may not resonate as expected in its intended space. Our policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

Key Policy Summary

  • Return/Exchange Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Artwork must be in its original, perfect, resalable condition—unframed, unstretched, and with all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and protective materials.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged artwork).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature.

The Return & Exchange Process

To ensure a smooth and secure process, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our dedicated customer service team at [email protected]. Please use the template below to provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping the artwork back to our Vermont studio.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully repackage the artwork in its original packaging with all included documents. Securely attach the provided RMA label to the outside of the box.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our studio, our team will inspect the artwork to ensure it meets our condition policy. Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).

For exchanges, we will ship the new artwork to you as soon as possible. Standard or free shipping (as per your original order value) will apply. If the new artwork is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference.
