Product Characteristics: Our artworks are carefully selected prints. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are sold unframed and unstretched, shipped in protective packaging direct from our Vermont studio.

• All dimensions are approximate.
• Our Custom or Commissioned pieces are created to your specifications and are considered final sale, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable due to their personalized nature.

Our service includes careful order processing, global shipping (with noted exclusions), and dedicated customer support.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

Order Process:

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment at our sole discretion (e.g., for pricing errors, stock issues).

Pricing & Payment:

• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
• Your payment card will be charged at the time of order placement.

Shipping:

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Regions: We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions due to logistical constraints.
• Shipping Methods & Costs:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery times are estimates. Customs delays are beyond our control. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: To be eligible, artwork must be in its original, perfect, resalable condition—unframed, unstretched, and with all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and protective materials.
• Process: You must initiate the request by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
• Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom/commissioned pieces (as noted above).
• Refund Timeline: After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of Giant Art Sale Store or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

The artworks sold are for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. The purchase of an artwork does not transfer the copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.
